There were no Vesperia stamps! What's going on here? Well there is one now.

Yuri Lowell is so cooool.

Yuri Lowell is from the Xbox 360 game Tales of Vesperia (part of the Tales series like Tales of the Abyss).

you know I didn't find this game to be as good as I was hoping. I mean, it was good, but it wasn't awesome. mostly I was disappointed in the end level/boss and the lack of attention given to flynn who was portrayed as being very important but didn't play much of an actual part in the story. I also thought there was a lot of stuff they brought into the story that never got resolved... it probably did in like sidequests and stuff but I didn't play the game all that extensively

although I did find it to be quite a bit darker than the other games I've played of the series, which was a unique turn that I can appreciate. and you're right, yuri was pretty cool

I can't say I'm too pleased with where my life is just now, but I can't help but look forward to where it's going.

Darker? Really? I thought Abyss was far more dreary.

Vesperia isn't the most orginal or Epic game out there, but since my expectations for it were so low after the beginning (oh the clicheness), I was surprised by the interesting progression of the story. I think that, Yuri, and the beautiful graphics were what made the game special for me. Plus the chat scenarios were great and extra non-mainline stuff was too. The main storyline is really just a small part of what makes this game fun.

well what I meant by darker was it had a bit more of a "mature" outlook on death and killing. for example, in the abyss, you might remember luke actually had a fear of killing even his enemies, which gave a bit of an anti-killing sort of support of letting things live when possible feel, but in vesperia not only was there kind of cold blooded murder of your enemies, but they even regarded each other in a way where if one of them got out of line there was talk of "doing what they needed to do." not to mention the self-sacrifice of the don and the death of belius brought about by the main characters etc. etc.

the graphics were amazing, I was very impressed with that after some of the choppiness of the other games. in several scenes I almost felt like I was watching one of the anime cutscenes. yuri was not my favorite character ever but he did interest me, in fact what I think partially bothered me about the game was that I wasn't really in love with any of the characters. I just wasn't particularly fond of anyone at all, and part of what's done it for me in the other tales games is having several characters that I really adored

like I said, the game was good, but there's just too much about it that kind of bothered me and not enough really awesome stuff to balance it out

Oh right. When Yuri turned vigilante was when the game started to get really good for me.

I feel the opposite about the tales series characters- that's probably why our opinions vary. :)

I instantly fell in love with Yuri's character when I played. The interaction between all of the characters in this game was so entertaining. Thanks for the stamp!

Yeah, I'm highly enjoying the game so far, just got the part 3 finally. I love the anime feel to it and the characters in it.

I agree!
